Cabana Julz was once an imaginative, spunky, free-spirited little girl from Tennessee. Julie was taken by her parents on her first Florida adventure in the early 1980’s. The ocean air was in her blood from then on.

Julie has long been known as a creative artist and designer by the nickname “Julz" also often being called "Julie Bird" and "H2OJulz" due to her love for the water and all things coastal.

 

Her cumulative passion for fine art, luxury design, and real estate investing has consistently multiplied into a complimentary and unique business module now known as Cabana Julz, LLC.

Dreams realized, Julz now represents artistic design and real estate ventures in the entire Florida & Alabama Gulf Coast, as well as referrals to her home state of Tennessee. Locations include but are not limited to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Perdido Key, Pensacola, Fort Walton, Navarre, SEASIDE, 30A, and Panama City Beach.
